"Home for Youth" RCO CJSC was established in February 2010 by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia as a universal credit organization. It was transformed into the refinancing credit organization according to the decision (No. 1 / 1410A 15) of the Chairman of the Central Bank of RA, on December 15, 2011.
